As our Used Car Sales Manager, you will be a part of a team of 9 dedicated Sales Executives, 2 Business Managers, and 1 Sales Support staff, all working together to achieve outstanding results. Your role will be key in driving the sales of pre-owned BMW vehicles while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering a motivated, high-performance culture. We Are Looking For Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pre-owned BMW vehicles. Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned BMW vehicles, ensuring a well-balanced and appealing inventory that aligns with customer demand. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies, including promotions, advertising campaigns, and pricing structures, to maximise revenue and profitability. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Training and Development: Provide continuous coaching and development for your sales team, enhancing their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies, including ethical standards and customer privacy requirements. Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed sales reports to track team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes. Collaboration: Work closely with finance, service, and marketing departments to align efforts and contribute to the dealership's overall success. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to continuously improve sales strategies. Salary: £56,250 Basic - £75,000 OTE Imagine working in a bustling environment with high enquiry rates, where no two days are the same. Your profile Experience: Proven track record of managing a used car sales department and consistently achieving sales targets. Minimum of 2 years experience. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the retail motor industry, with excellent selling, marketing, and negotiation skills. Leadership Ability: Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading a successful sales team. Customer Focused: Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and effectively. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to drive business decisions. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant vehicle legislation, consumer protection laws, and trade practices.
