£5,250 per annum Board Member, £3,250 Committee Member, plus expenses (review pending) Coastline is one of the fastest growing landlords in the country. Based in the heart of Cornwall, we are proud to be a key provider of housing and support. We own and manage over 5,000 homes and employ a great team of over 350 people. Through our Extra Care and Homeless Service, we support some of the most vulnerable people in Cornwall. Our purpose is to help “end the housing crisis in Cornwall.” We are seeking Board and Committee members who can support and challenge us to deliver this by developing more social and shared ownership homes, enhancing our existing stock, and continuing to improve our service to meet our customers’ needs. Joining the Board of Coastline Housing Group is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people in Cornwall and contribute to the ongoing success of our organisation. In particular for these appointments, we welcome applications from people with leadership experience and backgrounds in some or a number of the following areas: Large scale residential development – including site acquisition, planning and programme management Digital/technology optimisation Banking and finance Governance in a highly regulated sector Property asset management We expect applicants to share our connection to Cornwall.
