Our core values are: Be Positive Be Better Be Kind Be Responsible The Role Our meetings take place online via MS Teams and as a member of our Board, you’ll help guide the strategic direction of the Association, ensuring we meet our objectives while staying true to our values. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills and insights to a dynamic team, influencing decisions on housing provision, community investment, and sustainability. Who Should Apply? We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. You don’t need to have prior board experience - just a commitment to our mission and a willingness to learn. We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from anyone. We’re seeking individuals with skills in areas such as: Housing or property management Finance, legal or governance Community development Strategic planning or risk management IT or Cyber Security Sustainability and Environmental initiatives What’s In It For You? Access training and development opportunities to support your role. Time Commitment and Support A table of estimated annual time commitment is included below. Training and induction will be provided, and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
