As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and production workforce at our Tesla-owned and operated Body Repair Center. This position requires a strong understanding of Body Repair business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. What You’ll Do

Work closely with the Body Repair Center Management in daily operations to deliver excellent results in all aspects of customer, people, operations, and financials. Provide inspiring leadership to the workshop team, and keep them informed and motivated. Ensure application of the highest quality repair standards. Develop and maintain production plans to optimise the throughput of the workshop and ensure the timely return of customer vehicles. Manage daily resource scheduling and task allocation to maximise efficiency. Provide regular coaching and feedback to technicians and possess a thorough understanding of their strengths and development needs; coordinating with Training as required to close capability gaps. Conduct regular performance discussions with team members in line with Tesla’s required standards. Conduct technician recruitment and selection activity and otherwise support the growth and development of the site. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Body Repair Center Manager and Production Manager. What You’ll Bring

1-3 years of experience in workshop management within the Body Repair industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire a team to achieve business targets. Ability to organise complex team operations and optimise production plans ‘on the fly’. Capable of working under own initiative in limited supervision environments. Solid comprehension of automotive repair procedures and estimates. Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle body repair. Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
