Carry out general Bodyshop reception duties. Build rapport and qualify the customer's requirements. Check in customers and recovered vehicles. Update the customer on progress and check customer satisfaction on completion. Speak and update insurance companies on the time frames for their policy holders' vehicle repairs. Maintain exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure you achieve targets in a timely manner.
