Our client is an independent bodyshop looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager who has previous experience in this role. Responsibilities: Organise work into the bodyshop. Allocate work to productives. Monitor productivity of the workshop. Manage quality control. Control technical data. Deal with insurance companies. Knowledge of Audatex. Understand estimating. Having 3 years of supervisory experience and knowledge of Autoflow will help your application. You must be IT literate and capable of liaising with customers and addressing their requirements. Qualifications: To be considered for this job, you must be an excellent communicator, hardworking, motivated, organised, process-driven, a team player, and have a full UK driving license.
