What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards.
Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
