Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Boiler Engineer on behalf of one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining boilers, plate packs, and pumps ready for hire.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain boilers on return from hire. Work as a team to build boiler units to order. Diagnose faults and repair boilers and related equipment. Ensure all paperwork and inspections are carried out correctly. Obtain details and order parts for repair as required. Ensure equipment is clean and in good condition for hire.

Skills and Qualifications: Qualification in Installation & Servicing of domestic systems. 3 years' experience in similar employment. Full UK Driving License. Good timekeeping / work ethic. Electrical qualifications / experience (desirable). Forklift License (desirable). Previous experience in the boiler hire industry (desirable).
