Workshop Boilermaker M2P Engineering Salisbury, QLD Up to $2400+ per week on a 50hr week Permanent At M2P Engineering, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality engineering and construction solutions. As a Workshop Boilermaker, you will play a critical role in fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Based in Salisbury, QLD, you will work in our well-equipped workshop, contributing to a variety of projects across different sectors, including mining, industrial, and marine. You’ll make an impact by: Fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components Utilising your knowledge of GMAW (flux core) and GTAW welding processes Fabricating a variety of heavy industrial pipework, platework, and structural steel Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Working with a variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, and exotics Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: Trade qualification as a Boilermaker Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, GMAW (flux core), and GTAW Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience in fabricating heavy industrial pipework, platework, and structural steel Commitment to safety and attention to detail Ideally, you will also have: Experience in a workshop environment, particularly within the mining, industrial, or marine sectors Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently A flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed Why M2P Engineering?
