With a period of growth and continuous improvement focus, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Bill of Materials ERP Specialist to become a key part of their highly capable team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the ERP / MRP System Specialist will be responsible for the interrogation, control and development of the company's ERP system Microsoft NAV. You will be the gatekeeper and authority in-house for all NAV ERP based activity and be the hands-on lead day to day for all system interaction across the business.
You will lead activities such as the Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and interrogation, PCR development and analyse all incoming data and requests to ensure they are accurate, detailed and robust. You will develop and manage the system and be the technical expert for anything NAV / BOM based to ensure accuracy and conformance and ensure any ECRs are managed through the system with a high degree of accuracy.
The Person
With a proven background in BOM and ERP within a busy manufacturing based environment, you will be a technical authority for the company and its NAV system and all data contained within. Experience of a fast-paced production environment would be highly advantageous as would knowledge of a leading ERP system such as NAV or SAP. You will be detail-driven and meticulous in your interrogation and ownership of data and be the go-to person for the system.
