The Opportunity We’re looking for a professional Implementation Co-ordinator to allow us to build upon and improve the strength and depth of our Service Delivery team capabilities. Whether they be Customers, Fitters, or Dealers, you will offer a professional level of support for our range of vehicle solutions. The Mission In simple terms, using your skills as directed to engage with customers and dealers daily to coordinate and schedule timely appointments for both new and existing clients. This involves confirming availability, sending reminders, and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance. Additionally, maintain accurate records of appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. What we’re looking for: Demonstrable skills in one or more of the following: Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative. Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption. Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to function in an extremely high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition. Excellent communication skills, proactively engaging with Customers and Dealers alike. What skills will help you to succeed in this role?
