Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Posting bank receipts, entries, credit card, card receipts (weekly and monthly)
Purchase ledger & Sales ledger management
Month end preparations & journal entries
Financial reconciliations including bank and balance sheet control accounts
Stocks and VAT reconciliation
Fixed Asset register including monthly depreciation
Lease vehicle management
Bookkeeping, including knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
Supporting financial controller with the month-end process
Timely and accurate posting/review of accounting records
Dealing with accounts queries and responding to queries in a timely manner
Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
AAT qualified or be studying towards your ACCA
Excel is essential (V-Look ups and Pivot tables)
Strong IT skills with knowledge of ERP systems
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Minimum 3 years experience required
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Experience using accounting systems Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage
