Part–Time Bookkeeper
for our client, a well–established and respected business based in Upminster. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and evolving environment with flexible working hours. 28,000 to 32,000 pro rata, based on experience Shift:
15 to 18 hours per week, with flexible working hours and days. We're open to discussing your preferences. Key Responsibilities: Monthly management account preparation Annual management account preparation End of year accounting Assisting with sales budgeting & forecasting Identify and resolve inaccuracies ongoing Carry out stock exception auditing Process payroll timesheets Cashflow management Working proactively with finance & purchase ledgers ID and improve department processes and efficiencies Skills and Experience: Strong team player Personable and approachable Experience with Sage 50 Proficient in Excel Understanding of accruals, prepayments, VAT, and depreciation Knowledge of general accounting principles Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar roles.
