VAT Manager Job Overview VAT Compliance and Advisory
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of VAT returns for clients across various industries. Reviewing complex VAT returns and providing advisory support. Bookkeeping Oversight
- Manage and review bookkeeping assignments to ensure accuracy. Provide guidance and training to junior members of the bookkeeping team. Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding VAT and bookkeeping matters. Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor a team of bookkeepers and junior accountants. Process Improvement
- Develop and improve VAT and bookkeeping processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
VAT Manager Job Requirements AAT Level 3 qualified. Minimum of 3 years accountancy practice experience. Experienced in VAT and Bookkeeping. Excellent managerial, leadership, and organisational skills. Able to commute to Stevenage. No requirement for visa sponsorship.
VAT Manager Salary & Benefits Competitive salary, ranging from (phone number removed) (DOE). Statutory holiday (plus bank holidays). Holiday allowance increases by 1 day after every year of service. Flexible working hours. Option for part-time work, minimum of 20 hours a week. CPD - fully covered. Regular team events.
