We are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking and dynamic Lloyd’s Managing Agency, known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence, to support the hire for 2 newly created Bordereaux Data Quality Analyst positions.

These roles are a fantastic opportunity to become key members of the London Operations team, working closely with the Head of Delegated Authority Management to ensure the effective oversight and management of Bordereaux data. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, develop enhanced reporting tools, and work on data initiatives that shape the future of delegated authority management.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of Bordereaux data workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Lloyd’s standards. Analysing data trends and statistics, proposing innovative solutions to address data quality challenges, and creating more efficient workflows. Acting as the go-to contact for external stakeholders and DCAs, ensuring smooth and effective communication across all parties. Supporting strategic projects alongside the Head of Delegated Authority Management, including designing dashboards and delivering actionable insights that add value across the organisation. Working closely with external providers managing the Bordereaux process, monitoring their performance, and ensuring data quality is upheld. Producing meaningful MI reports and insights to support business decisions while identifying opportunities to improve reporting capabilities. Enhancing and refining Bordereaux data procedures, introducing new controls and validations to maintain exceptional standards.
