Extensive staff training, career progression, small chain nursery setting Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, supporting their EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) development Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster children's growth and development Monitor and track children's progress through observations and assessments (using Tapestry or other similar systems) Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, maintaining positive communication and feedback Ensure the safeguarding (DBS check required) and welfare of children at all times Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Essential Qualifications & Skills: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (EYE) or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare) Knowledge and experience of working with the EYFS framework Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting (preferred) A passion for child development and supporting children's learning Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team What We Offer: Extensive Training:
