Bottling Manager Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the entire bottling process, managing everything from glass and label design to production and quality control. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, providing tailored bottling solutions that meet their unique needs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with independent bottlers, private clients, and corporate partners. Manage tax, duty, and export requirements to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Lead nosing and tasting sessions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and flavor consistency across all bottlings. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and launch new whisky brands, from concept to market entry.
Requirements: Extensive experience managing all aspects of whisky bottling, including glass, label, and design processes. Proven track record in developing and managing e-commerce platforms and on-trade sales channels. Experience working with a diverse client base, including independent bottlers, private clients, and corporate partners. Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. In-depth understanding of tax, duty, and export regulations related to whisky bottling and distribution. Expertise in nosing and tasting whisky to a very high standard, with the ability to ensure product quality and consistency.
