You will lead the branch, focusing on sales, KPIs based in company targets and people management Lead business strategy to maximise opportunity and profitability within the heavy side building materials sector Develop customer base through trade, contract, local authority, and social housing sectors A strong knowledge of managing your own P&L Understand the importance of marketing and merchandising to support effective product strategy, branding, and point of sale Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve their full potential Excellent leadership and management skills to support recruitment and staff development Strong level of experience in managing a builder’s merchant, a knowledge of supply chain and managing slow and obsolete stock Sales experience Skills Required:
Experience at management level within building material sector, wholesale trade, or distribution Proven track record for achieving financial targets Executing developing and executing sales and marketing strategies Ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment Forklift counterbalance license Driving license essential / own vehicle Benefits:
