Branch Manager - Domiciliary Care
Location: Welshpool, with travel to service users within a 45-minute radius
Salary: £31,000 per annum plus car allowance

We are a dedicated domiciliary care provider committed to delivering high-quality care to our service users. Our team supports 21 service users, all residing in a cluster of flats close to one another, ensuring a community-focused approach to care.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Welshpool branch and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. This role involves managing the branch operations and visiting service users within a 45-minute radius.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Welshpool branch. Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and standards. Manage and support a team of care staff. Conduct regular visits to service users to ensure their needs are being met. Liaise with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Implement and monitor care plans. Ensure the branch meets its performance and quality targets.
Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within a domiciliary care setting. Knowledge of CIW framework is ideal; candidates with a CQC background (registered) will also be considered. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Full driving license and willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius.
