The registered Branch Manager role requires candidates that can multi-task, have excellent communication skills, and can efficiently delegate duties while working well under pressure. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support. Responsibilities include: Managing the daily operations of the branch. Leading and supporting the care team. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Building relationships with clients and their families. Overseeing staff training and development. Qualifications include: Previous experience in a managerial role within health and social care. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
