About the role As our Branch Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our Barkingside Branch. You will ensure that the branch operates in a compliant and efficient way through the development of an effective high-performing team. By motivating colleagues to succeed and exceed branch objectives, you will ensure compliant administration of the Branch. Your work will really make a difference, and you'll feel proud of delivering positive outcomes for our customers. What will you bring to the role? Proven experience of working within a similar role, ideally within retail or financial services. Strong visible leader who can inspire, coach, and drive high-performing teams by role modeling the right behaviors. A passion for customer service excellence with an ability to drive positive customer outcomes whilst operating within a changing and regulated environment. Demonstrated effective judgment and resolution-making in a real-time environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
