As a Branch Manager based in Luton branch (LU1 1XL), you’ll be responsible for: Leading, developing and coaching a team of 20 in our branch Offering excellent customer service with a focus on sales with full P&L responsibility Maintaining health and safety legislation Building strong rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders Overseeing and managing 6000 items of hire fleet This role is working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Experience of managing and leading teams Merchant experience or similar industry would be beneficial but not essential Hardworking, reliable and a team player Please be aware that we are extending the application period for this role until the new year.
