Responsibilities: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, NVQ level 5 or above in health & social care (or willing to work towards) Minimum of 2 years of experience in management within the healthcare sector. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with staff and clients Ability to analyse financial data and manage budgets effectively.
