Main duties will include: Booking market appraisals (MA) Daily Sales MA Follow up system including cancelled MAs Hot calling carried out and correctly recorded Booking Viewings and Viewing Feedback Booking of Sales / Lets with all correct paperwork completed Vendor reviews to ensure up-to-date photography and pricing Price Reductions to ensure best response to property Withdrawals to keep the property on the market Sales Progression to ensure a successful exchange in agreed timescale FS referrals to ensure clients are in the best position CWM referrals to ensure the best solicitor Auction referrals for any suitable property Skills and Experience
It is essential candidates are IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft applications. It would also be desirable to have knowledge of Residential Estate Agency Software. A driving licence is essential for this position.
