Manage and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to maximise performance and career development. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Business Development:
Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and proactively marketing our recruitment services to potential clients. Recruitment:
Oversee the branch & client recruitment process, ensuring we are sourcing, placing, and retaining high-quality candidates. Branch Budget/P&L:
Take responsibility for the branch’s profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met. Operational Excellence:
Maintain an efficient and compliant operational framework, ensuring all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company standards. Branch Growth:
Develop and implement strategies for branch growth, identifying opportunities to expand our client base. Operations:
Run the branch to company compliance standards. What we are looking for: Proven experience in a recruitment leadership role as a manager, ideally within an industrial or commercial recruitment environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. Experience of setting & working to branch budgeted & P&L targets. A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A track record of achieving financial targets and branch performance goals. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and candidate experience.
