I am looking for a Branch Manager for a branch in Warwick. I am looking for the right candidate to come in and help the branch thrive.

Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue. Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory control and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Skills
Strong selling skills with a proven track record in sales management. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Effective time management and organisational abilities. Proficient in phone etiquette for professional customer interactions. Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team. Sound administrative skills for managing branch operations effectively. Previous experience in Electrical Wholesale essential. Salary:
GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 + Company Car (Combustion Engine or Electric vehicle) + % bonus taking you to GBP80k - GBP100K (Realistic end of year salary as other Branch Managers have hit their targets).
