Dependant on Experience + Car + Bonus + Benefits We are recruiting for a multi-faceted Branch Manager to run a successful branch of a highly regarded independent builders merchants. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and methodical individual who must have management / supervisory experience ideally within the timber side of the builders merchants world. This business has a timber mill on site and some experience of machining timber is required to some degree. The ideal candidate will currently be a Branch Manager within the merchant sector with a proven track record of growing and sustaining a profitable operation. Passion and determination will be a pre-requisite in order to increase a pipeline made up of new and existing business. Taking responsibility for maximising the potential sales and overall profitability of the Branch. Candidates will have a demonstrable track record in sales, negotiation and stock control. As the Branch Manager, you will have overall responsibility for every aspect of the Branch, both Sales and Operations and the Mill operations.
