An established independent Estate Agency is seeking a highly motivated, capable, and experienced Branch Manager to run one of their most prestigious local offices in
Yateley . The role will involve managing the sales team and motivating them to achieve exceptional results while delivering outstanding customer service. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for hitting and hopefully exceeding branch targets and ensuring the branch is profitable and recognized in the local community. You will be generating business and winning instructions as well as driving your team to make the branch successful. The ideal candidates must have previous experience in Estate Agency as a
Branch Sales Manager
and a high degree of expertise in residential sales. The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic, a strong communicator, and a people motivator. You will have a real passion for property coupled with the drive to succeed. The Company:
