Job Summary: The Branch Manager / Senior Therapist will split responsibilities between managing the day-to-day operations of our salon and providing treatments to clients. This dual role requires a versatile professional who can inspire a team, ensure top-tier customer service, and deliver expert treatments. Ideal candidates will have experience in both management and beauty therapy, with a commitment to fostering a warm and welcoming salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As Branch Manager:
Oversee salon operations, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control
Achieve branch sales targets through excellent client service and product knowledge
Lead, coach, and motivate the team, promoting a positive workplace culture
Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive client growth
Ensure the salon is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Address client feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain financial records and report on salon performance to senior management
As Beauty Therapist:
Perform a range of beauty treatments
Consult with clients to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly
Provide expert advice on skincare, products, and treatment plans
Ensure a comfortable, relaxing experience for each client
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area
Requirements:
Qualified Beauty Therapist with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with a combination of management and beauty therapy experience
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Skilled in performing a variety of beauty treatments, with a preference for experience in advanced skin and laser treatments
Sales oriented with a track record of achieving targets
Friendly, approachable, and passionate about the beauty industry
Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
