Applications from Senior Sales Negotiators with some basic valuing/listing experience, looking to take the next step in their career, will be strongly considered. The successful candidate will need: Minimum of 3 years experience in residential estate agency Exposure to valuing and listing residential property Knowledge of the Wolverhampton and Walsall area would be beneficial Ability to manage, mentor, and coach other staff members Strong business and financial acumen Strong organisational and communication skills at all levels Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment to deadlines Results-driven, achieving individual and team targets Approachable, self-motivated, and team-spirited Knowledge of the use of all social media platforms Professional with a high standard of presentation and work Fully computer literate with Word and Excel Must be a driver and have access to own transport Main duties, in brief, will include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and staff Researching in preparation for and conducting property valuations Ensuring all client instructions are clearly agreed, documented, and legally compliant Presenting sales presentations and marketing strategies to prospective clients Listing residential properties to agreed company/individual targets Marketing and promoting properties for sale Monitoring and chasing sales contracts through to completion Updating and expanding the client’s social media presence Generating new business leads and proactive market appraisal generation Ensuring compliance with NAEA, Anti Money Laundering, GDPR, and other property legislation Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly, and personalised service Negotiating offers and delivering to a satisfactory conclusion Increasing fee structures to enhance sales revenue In the first instance, forward your full, up-to-date CV to Career Studio or feel free to contact us directly, in complete confidence.
