Our CCF Branch is fast paced with anexperienced team with a history of success. Our success is built on strong relationships with our colleagues, suppliers and customers so it’s essential you build strong relationships quickly. We are looking for a dynamic individual who prides themselves on being proactive and engaging with their customer base. Hours - Monday to Friday 8pm - 5pmWhat’s in it for you ?Competitive salary with the potential to earn an annual bonus22 days holiday plus bank holidaysWe also have a number of online discounts at leading retailers from airport parking to theme parks to eating out and cinemas.Competitive Family Friendly Policies What will I be doing?No one day is the same as the next in CCF branch life, and with your new found product knowledge and understanding of our business, here are a few pointers:You will be serving customers on the trade counter proactively promoting new initiatives and promotional activities.You’ll work within the branch, maximising sales at every opportunity and expanding our customer base. A can do proactive approach is key and you will need to be confident making and answering calls to our customersOur business is based on strong relationships and repeat business, so it's key that you can gain an understanding of their needs and requirements to help to deliver sales growth via the selected contacts within our business.What experience do you need?Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
