Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Brand Consultant to join its thriving Self Portrait concession in London - Knightsbridge. About the role… As a Brand Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will: Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
