Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a meaningful way in our team-based office in Slough! The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively, helping to market our products and enhance brand visibility. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and have a flair for promoting products in a positive light. Responsibilities Act as the face of the brand, engaging with customers and creating a positive experience. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively to potential customers. Gather feedback from customers to help improve services. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the brand’s offerings and industry trends. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness. Onboard customers through residential campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. A passion for marketing and promoting enthusiastically.
