Responsibilities
Act as the face of the brand, engaging with customers and creating a positive experience.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively to potential customers.
Gather feedback from customers to help improve services.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the brand’s offerings and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness.
Onboard customers through residential campaigns.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
A passion for marketing and promoting enthusiastically.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
