If you’re someone who can craft compelling content, lead strategic communications, and elevate a brand to the next level, this role is for you. As part of our ambitious team, you’ll play a pivotal role in showcasing our award-winning services and helping us stand out in the competitive training market. What You’ll Be Doing Shaping Our Communications : Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to design and implement a communications strategy that supports our company’s goals and makes a lasting impression. Owning Our Brand : Work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to develop standout brand assets, from client literature to pitch-perfect proposals, ensuring everything stays true to our identity. Creating Engaging Content : Bring our expertise to life through compelling case studies, blog posts, and impactful LinkedIn content that reinforces our authority in the sector. Driving Social Media Strategy : Lead the charge on our social media presence, making our LinkedIn content sing while building connections that matter. Tracking Success : Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of our communications, always looking for ways to improve and innovate. Leading a Team : Manage and mentor our Marketing Executive, helping them thrive while delivering brilliant work. Staying Ahead : Keep your finger on the pulse of marketing trends, especially in AI, and find smart ways to enhance our work with the latest tools. What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who: Has proven experience in a communications or brand role within the B2B sector. Thinks strategically but can also roll up their sleeves to get things done. Writes and communicates with flair, clarity, and impact. Knows how to make social media work for a brand, especially LinkedIn. Thrives when collaborating with teams and managing multiple projects. Has some experience managing or mentoring a team. Be part of something special Here’s what you’ll get: Salary: £35,000 per annum. Flexibility: Work remotely, with one day a week in our Liverpool office.
