Your Role

As a Brand and Design Manager, your day-to-day remit includes: TLT Brand Guardian, managing and developing the TLT brand, guidelines (design and tone of voice) and providing consultancy within M&BD and the rest of the firm. Driving brand awareness and engagement internally, providing training on the use of our visual identity and design templates; acting as the guardian of the firm’s visual identity. Ongoing development and application of our visual identity across all channels, managing overall design delivery and production schedules for: Marketing collateral and pitch templates Website design, social media, email marketing, video & audio production Events stands and collateral, branded merchandise Internal comms channels (Atlas, emails, etc.) and internal IT/HR systems (where possible) Line managing an Executive and responsible for selecting, briefing and managing design agency relationships, working with approved third parties on joint activities. Measuring and reporting on brand awareness, favourability & engagement. Developing and maintaining design templates for internal and external use. Your Skills and Experience

Experience in brand marketing across a range of online and offline channels, knowledge and experience of the design process. Good understanding of brand identity and an ability to set guidelines. Experience in managing design agencies and budgets. Experience in training colleagues on creating and maintaining brand assets. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in particular) and Powerpoint design. Confident, pro-active, good organisational skills and able to work well under pressure to drive projects to completion.

The Business Development & Marketing team are instrumental in creating awareness of our brand to identify and win new business opportunities as well as delivering for our existing clients. This involves establishing and nurturing relationships and using everything from events to media relations to tenders to explore new business ideas. Within the team, we have specialists in: Business Development, Bids, Internal and External Communications, Campaigns, PR, Client Engagement, Marketing and Design, and Marketing Operations.
