The UK market, with its mature Champagne category and cultural influence that resonates beyond borders, is a key territory for the brand to deliver its ambitions. The Brand & Business Development Manager - Armand de Brignac will be leading the development of Armand de Brignac in the UK. In alignment with the Maison's vision and guidelines and the broader Moët Hennessy U.K. strategy, they are responsible for the development of effective individual brand plans, commercial strategy, and the planning and implementation of marketing activations across all channels and touchpoints.

They will at all times act as Brand Ambassador vis-a-vis trade partners, press, VIPs, and other friends of the brand. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE STRATEGY Lead the development of a clear annual brand plan, defining strategic choices to meet brand and business targets and in line with Global Armand de Brignac strategy. Support the choices with defined KPI's. Work closely with the Head of Prestige to influence Maison strategies and align on UK strategic direction short-, medium- and long-term strategies. Collaborate with the Insights Team to maintain ongoing awareness of consumer insights, trends, and competitors, disseminating the insights into action to inform activity and share with key stakeholders. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Ensure the brand's distribution across all strategic channels and customers in the UK, identifying growth areas. Proactively scout for new commercial opportunities to enhance sales performances in new and existing customers. Work with Commercial Planning and Revenue Growth Management teams to identify strong revenue and profit opportunities to fuel commercial plans. Work with the U.K. Demand & Supply Planner and Logistic/Supply Chain to monitor inventory and ensure smooth supply chain. BRAND MANAGEMENT Inspired by the global brand platforms, curate elevated local experiences using 360 thinking that resonate with the brand DNA and purpose. Craft exceptional experiences that surprise and delight our customers and consumers, delivering excellence from concept creation to implementation and evaluation. Develop and execute channel-relevant and consumer-centric activities that drive rate of sale or support key visibility opportunities of the highest quality execution. Oversee POSM orders, management, and usage, including regular strategic reviews of inventory. Design and develop local elevated tools and brand assets as necessary. Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within agreed budget, and to the expected level of excellence in accordance with the brand values. STAKEHOLDERS Establish and maintain a solid, trustworthy relationship with key Maison (Global) and MH EMEA stakeholders. Inspire, motivate, and manage excellent working relationships with all cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely excellence in the delivery of agreed projects and follow-up on reporting of performance and key learnings. Languages: Fluent English

Professional experience: Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in either luxury product marketing or wider luxury/culture (music, fashion, etc.) industry.

Required skills:

Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial, passionate, and creative with a drive for innovation and seizing opportunities. Proactive and solution-driven with a strong sense of perseverance & resilience. Organised and structured, capable of dealing with several tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to successfully adapt to different stakeholders. Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional key stakeholders, including senior leaders. Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making. An inherent passion for luxury products and the exciting and dynamic UK cultural scene. Other skills:

Valid driving license and willingness to travel intensively across the UK. WSET Level 2/3, or relevant sommelier/trade experience, is a plus. Positive, can-do attitude and good team player.
