Brand and Campaigns Lead

to move our brand, proposition, campaigns, and creative strategy forward in this exciting next chapter for the company. We want to better connect with our customers and build trust, which will inspire behaviour change to benefit not just our region but our communities too. Working as an integral part of the wider Communications leadership team, you will bring experience and perspective, to enable us to be relevant to our customers today, whilst ensuring our success and familiarity for the generations to come. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

First and foremost, we want you to be a creative and driven campaigns and marketing professional that has experience of connecting customers with brands and has a proven track record of delivering campaigns creatively for maximum impact. You’ll be a leader of leaders, with 4 direct reports who themselves have up to 12 direct reports. You’ll have experience of team management and ensuring both professional and personal growth and development is paramount. We’ll want you to have demonstrable experience of developing campaign strategy and delivery, using data to drive decisions and being robust in your evaluation whilst being creative and innovative in how to approach campaign work. Finally, you’ll need to be resourceful! Not all campaigns have large budgets to generate reach and impact through paid opportunities, so you’ll need to think differently and innovatively, as well as being an incredible collaborator.
