About the role: As a Brand Content Creator for the Europe and Africa region, you will join the most dynamic content team in our Uxbridge office, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of processes that bring our brand-new and limited-edition products to life. While creativity is at the heart of what we do, this role leans heavily on your ability to manage the administrative and operational aspects of content production with precision, diligence, and exceptional attention to detail. You’ll collaborate with external agencies, production studios, and internal global teams across content, product, and marketing, ensuring all workflows run efficiently and align with brand standards. How would you contribute: Content delivery:

Assisting the Producer in meeting project milestones and deadlines, and updating on project statuses. Team support:

Support with accessing and supplying assets, when needed. Third party liaison:

Liaising with third-party vendors, including freelancers, agencies, and production studios. Collaboration:

Partnering and collaborating with colleagues and other functions across sales, marketing, digital, product, and events on various requirements. Brand and legal compliance:

Ensuring all regionally created content adheres to our brand and legal guidelines. Post-project analysis:

Providing the wider team with insight-led reports. Art-working packaging and other basic design projects using InDesign. Archive and organise files. Keep our library of product images up-to-date. Proof-read and QC assets. Update internal trackers. Shoot production support. Identify and/or request global artwork for regional use. Global brand approval requests. Check global files to ensure usability. Download and process labels for local market product packaging. Liaise and support local markets, ensuring they have the correct toolkit for product campaigns. Ensure Producer is aware of local market plans and activity. Monitor and respond to inbox enquiries on a daily basis. Build newsletters using our marketing cloud platform and ensuring market alignment. Finance administration responsibilities. PowerPoint presentations for product launches and campaigns. Track meeting activity and send actions and responsibilities. Competitor and market analysis. Work with our warehouse to identify re-branding projects. Ensure our branding files are up-to-date and communicated to the wider team. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Skills and Experience:

Experience collaborating with in-house teams, external studios, and creative agencies. Background in design, advertising, or marketing. Proficiency in tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator - strongly desired. Familiarity with scheduling tools is an advantage. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrates a proactive approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively. Adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking improvement. Resilient, with the ability to remain focused under pressure. Creative and innovative, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Detail-oriented and meticulous, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks. Education:
