This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of a major household name brand. Position Overview As the Brand Growth Director, supported by a team of c.6, you will be responsible for setting the short-term and long-term brand vision and growth strategy for a key brand with multiple SKUs. Leveraging your expertise in consumer marketing and product innovation, you will develop and execute brand-building strategies that protect and enhance brand equity, increase market share, and identify white space opportunities for experimentation and growth. Key Responsibilities Defining and driving the short-term and long-term brand vision and growth strategy Developing and implementing brand-building strategies to protect and enhance brand equity and increase share Identifying and pursuing white space opportunities for brand experimentation and growth Utilising data and analytics to analyse and develop recommendations that best serve the business across key markets Building connections with key markets to gain understanding and partner to accelerate growth Inspiring the business, stakeholders, and developing your team to achieve excellence Skills & Experience Checklist Extensive senior FMCG brand leadership experience, ideally, but not exclusively in food & drink, working at a regional or global level. Strong track record of success in driving brand growth with extensive innovation and renovation experience Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights and strategies Strong stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and align teams around common goals Outstanding communication and organisational skills to deliver best in class projects Passion for food and the food industry If you are excited by this opportunity, and have the global/regional FMCG experience required, talk to me now.
