Set the strategic vision and direction of your brands to increase sales and reduce costs through your unique understanding of the market, the product and the customer.
Reporting:
Understand the state of your brand using Amazon ASIN level data (sales, conversation rate, page views, costs, etc.) to report on brand performance weekly.
Problem Solving:
Monitor the key brand metrics to spot problems and work cross-functionally with different teams to deliver solutions.
Supply Chain:
Enable supply-chain to plan for demand by inputting projections into the volume forecasts and approving 3PL to FBA pick and pack suggestions. Monitor inventory levels and take trading actions to avoid stock outs.
Creative:
Prioritise the creative workload, set briefs, and collaborate with creatives to ensure that all listings are optimal, effectively communicate key product features, customer desires, and market conditions to best direct this team’s effort to make high converting listings.
PPC:
Work alongside PPC specialists to control marketing spend, optimise sales and control run rate to optimise the sales and profits of your brands.
Product:
Utilise your analytical skills and understanding of the customer to spot untapped product opportunities and work with the product team to actualize these.
About you 3-5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or an analytical function, preferably at a start-up or other fast-paced environment.
3+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably working within the Amazon ecosystem.
Ability to dig through and analyse data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, and impeccable attention to detail.
A highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box.
Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
