Brand Manager . Salary:

£40,000-£50,000 per year Hours:

40 hours per week, flexibility required to work some weekends and evenings where necessary to ensure that targets are met. The key deliveries for this role are: Create and manage Healeys marketing plan & budget based on past performance and forecasts. Oversee current product range and create initiatives for new products or services. Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. Help to shape our brand positioning and consumer insights. Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth. Monitor the performance of the brand through key performance indicators (KPI). Work with the Designers on the creative development of promotional materials including press releases, leaflets, product booklets, advertisements, website, social media, and e-newsletters, ensuring brand guidelines and deadlines are met. Organising product launches and promotional events. Assisting in the design of retail packaging and in the creation of in-store marketing displays. Create engaging content for print and digital communication platforms. Manage all the company’s social media platforms. Create engaging content calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely posts whilst responding to customer enquiries. Communicates with various printers and other services/contractors to help marketing projects come to fruition & to budget. Working with a PR agency to achieve frequent and timely media coverage across all channels, acting positively to respond to customer feedback. Manage the consumer database and actively seek ways to grow this through feedback forms, competitions, and partnerships. Ensure master list is regularly updated and manage and implement the monthly e-newsletter plan. Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collect data and other feedback. Maintaining and growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships. Maintaining contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved. To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments. Have an awareness and understanding of business priorities. Undertake training and to assist in training other or new members of staff. To behave with a high degree of professional integrity and confidentiality at all times. Any other activity/task as and when requested by the Directors. Work Experience 3-5 years marketing experience in a similar role.
