They’re looking for a Brand Development Manager to spearhead the growth of this challenger retail brand. Brand Manager: Lead the development and expansion of a new brand, driving its commercial marketing strategy. Craft and execute the marketing plan, analysing market trends and building retail partnerships. Oversee the brand’s journey from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Drive the brand’s D2C strategy, with a focus on health and wellbeing. Manage the brand’s social media presence, executing campaigns to enhance visibility. Ideal Candidate: 3+ years’ experience in marketing/sales, preferably within branded food or beverages. Proven success in driving growth and marketing campaigns for challenger brands. Strong understanding of social media, trends, and best practices, with experience using management tools and advertising platforms.
