Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand campaigns across various channels. Drive maximum returns on ad campaigns by collaborating with the agency partners and internal teams to optimize strategies, placement types, and ad formats. Build strong relationships with media owners to stay at the forefront of new paid media strategies. We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in brand marketing and campaign activation with prior knowledge of Above-The-Line and digital campaigns aimed at building brands. Highly collaborative and able to build strong and effective relationships with internal brand colleagues and external agencies to create and manage campaigns on TV, YouTube, Radio and beyond. Enthusiastic about data, measurement and reporting on performance with excellent written, interpersonal and organisational skills. In tune with small business owners, their needs and their wants and the role insurance could play in their lives / livelihoods. (We know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap.
