Within Healthcare, my client's Neurology franchise operates in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment. As the MS landscape continues to rapidly evolve, we are seeking long-term success-oriented and mission-driven people to join our Neurology Business Franchise team. We are recruiting for a Brand Manager within Neurology. This role is an amazing opportunity to be part of a committed, passionate, and high-performing team, as well as a well-recognized brand within the Neurology therapy area. The role is initially a 1-year contract with a strong potential to be made permanent. Location:
Hybrid working 3 days a week – offices close to Heathrow. Responsibilities
Play a key role in the upcoming launch of a product in a new indication. Develop and execute the N&I marketing strategy & brand plan to support the launch. Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns & initiatives which build advocacy, grow sales & market share in the UK & Ireland. Track relevant KPIs & metrics to inform marketing activities. Review and adjust the brand tactics per cycle based on key internal and external dynamics. Develop competitive and impactful materials for field use to advance our brand strategy. Work collaboratively to develop promotional materials, seeking cross-functional input to maximize the impact of materials. Requirements
3-4 years brand management experience (either in-house or in a suitable agency role) with good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
