Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the growth strategy plan for plant-based milks including innovation, renovation, and category performance management. Translate our annual operating plan into a marketing activity calendar for all product categories (plant-based milks and juice shots) and be the owner of that calendar. Develop effective communication plans for all product categories. Work with sales and shopper teams to develop activation plans for retail, hospitality, and e-commerce for all product categories. Deliver Plenish's vision: leading the business to deliver strong and category strategies, building excitement and commitment to brand plans. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and delivery of priorities and projects. Inspire internal and external stakeholders by championing Plenish successes. About You: Passion for the health and wellness space. Proven experience in FMCG brand management. A good balance of creative thinking and analytical mindset. Be consumer-centric.
