We’re recruiting for a Brand Manager to join our Retail team based at our Enterprise Way site and travel is required. Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Project manage all new launches across BU Paper, providing regular updates as and when required to the Retail Account Manager, internal & external sales team and all other relevant departments in BU Paper
  • Facilitate and chair pre-production meetings for launches that are for multiple lines i.e. 10 lines or more for Labels and 6 lines or more for Wisbech & St Neots. The format of the meeting can be adjusted to cover the individual needs of the launch, however all relevant information should be included in the minutes and communicated out to all relevant departments & followed up with regular updates accordingly
  • Proactively manage critical path timings for launches.
  • Manage the EFI Launch Tracker and Master Launch Tracker to ensure all FTP and launch dates are updated on a regular basis
  • Work independently and use own initiative to make decisions, seeking guidance from the Retail Account Manager when necessary
  • Develop an effective communication chain with key stakeholders to ensure that any key concerns are highlighted and ensure all parties are involved to guarantee 100% of launch
  • Ensure that no amends are made to approved artwork without gaining approval from the correct Retailer or Own Brand representative
  • For challenging launches, arrange a post launch review meeting to identify any areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Work independently and seek guidance from the Retail Account manager and other departments when necessary
  • You are the Brand Guardian of Retailer & Own brand artwork
  • Supporting the Retail Account Manager on Pre-Art calls where applicable

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous admin and project management experience in fast paced environment
  • Experience in Print and Packaging preferred
  • Computer literate- MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Travel may occasionally be required therefore current, clean driving licence an advantage
