Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will help co-create and execute our branded activation plans to accelerate the portfolio growth across Europe including (Events, sponsorship, Digital, Social, Experiential, NPD, PR and POS). You will work with a wide group of key stakeholders, both locally and globally across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritise your tasks effectively. You will be required to balance long-term strategic objectives with tactical delivery of the annual operating plan and ensure global brand building platforms are applied to fit local market insights working with limited data and insight in some markets. Key responsibilities include:



Strategy and planning: - Support annual planning cycle for branded portfolio - Act as the bridge between global brands and the business to ensure regional needs are met •

Execution of brand action plan: - Responsible for maintaining open communication with the sales team and trade marketing, to ensure smooth translation of brand strategy into market execution - Responsible for post-activity analysis and report preparation for evaluation of marketing spend - Responsible for maintaining the Global brand guidelines, image database, tasting notes and various administration functions which support products and regional stakeholders. - Recommend any corrective actions if necessary and adapt the action plan accordingly to ensure brand objectives are met. •

Tracking and enhancing performance: - Responsible for managing the brand A&P including processing all invoices, managing monthly phasing & forecasting, activity monitoring and communication of any issues. - Assisting in managing projects involving product supply, allocations, mandatories and artwork approvals •

Insights and knowledge: - Works with external data sources to understand market and competitive insights - Evaluates brand activation to deliver commercial insight / ROI behind our activation - Share local insights with global teams during monthly WIPs What you'll bring:

• 3-4 years experience within marketing team • Experience in the wine industry preferable

Behaviours • Solid experience planning and delivering marketing-related activity • Strong communication skills as you will be managing multiple stakeholders both internally & externally • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively based on what will make the biggest difference • A positive & proactive attitude • Ability to work under pressure and at pace, as such you will need a certain level of resilience • Ability to work well within a team • Rigorous & thorough – you like to deliver plans at a certain level without compromising timeliness • Budget management - you will be responsible for owning the A&P tracking • Must be able to plan effectively to deliver marketing activity in a timely manner • Ability to complete administrative tasks and responsibilities aligned to brand strategy • Ability to mine through customer, consumer and shopper insights to understand the brand’s opportunity and challenges • Agency management What you can expect:
