We are looking for a Brand Marketeer to join the Marketing function in our Beauty Business Unit based in Utrecht, Netherlands.
How you make the difference
The Brand Marketeer guides the Benelux region’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency with international brand positioning and the country’s priorities. This role involves high collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
How your agenda looks like:
Keeping track of market developments and researching consumer needs and desires.
Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities, adjust marketing strategies, and perform competitor analysis.
Managing the product portfolio, forecasting sales, and monitoring progress before and after product launches.
Developing content plans, managing online presence to ensure consistent brand experience, and handling communication through PR and influencers.
Keeping control of marketing and advertising expenses in line with budget constraints.
Your team:
You will directly report to the Benelux Country Manager. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Manager on strategic initiatives.
What makes you a great fit:
Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel. Strong analytical, communication & digital marketing skills, as well as leadership skills and experience with global market dynamics, customer segmentation, and cultural considerations.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
