Sephora UK is growing at pace, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Brand Marketing Executive to join our collaborative and dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of brand partnership campaigns and activations, working with over 100 beauty brands to create memorable customer experiences. From coordinating in-store events to managing multi-channel campaigns, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operational delivery. Coordinate Campaign Assets: Manage the collation, briefing, approval, production, and delivery of assets for campaigns and events, tailored to each marketing channel. Plan Events: Partner with Category Managers, the Brand Partnerships Manager, and the Integrated Marketing Manager to identify priority brands and organize standout in-store events and larger activations. Oversee In-Store Activity: Work closely with in-store Beauty Advisors to ensure flawless execution of POS, animations, and events, from planning to final implementation. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Liaise with internal teams—including Creative, Ecom, CRM, Product, Trade, and Stores—to deliver cohesive, impactful brand campaigns. Manage Sampling and Sourcing: Take charge of stock availability, delivery, and customer communication for free/promotional products tied to brand campaigns and events. Support Large-Scale Projects: Assist the Brand Partnerships Manager with podiums, pop-ups, and brand moments by handling administrative tasks or providing on-site support. Track and Optimize Performance: Monitor and collate campaign and event activity, sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Analyze Competitor Activity: Stay ahead of the competition by tracking key competitor initiatives and sharing findings with stakeholders. What You’ll Bring

You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset to every project, helping ensure campaigns are executed with precision and flair. Your ability to balance multiple priorities and build strong relationships will make you an invaluable part of the team. Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster professional relationships internally and externally. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to navigating high-pressure environments and meeting deadlines. Project management experience with excellent attention to detail. An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting campaign data and applying insights effectively. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of Sephora’s brand partnerships and activations.
