About the Role As our Brand Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end brand and organic marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the founders and our marketing team on strategy and vision. This is a role for someone who thrives on both crafting big-picture strategy and - crucially - rolling up their sleeves to execute. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how we tell our story, engage our audience, and grow our community. If you’re both an outstanding creative thinker and a proactive doer, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on an award-winning, purpose-led business. This would include all brand & content online and on pack for our physical product range. Organic Marketing: Support the strategic development of organic channels, including social media and email, with a focus on driving community growth and loyalty, working closely with our Content lead. Ambassador & Influencer Programmes: Collaborate with ambassadors and influencers to amplify our brand story and drive meaningful connections with new audiences. Campaign Development: Plan and execute creative brand campaigns that resonate with our audience and align with business goals. We have massive ambition, but limited budgets - so we need incredible ideas to nurture and execute. Retail Brand Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of all of our offline brand marketing in the physical retail environment, including POS, in-store, etc., working closely with our retail sales team. Brand Partnerships and Collaboration: Lead the strategy, outreach, and development of partnerships with like-minded, mission-aligned brands, to drive acquisition, grow our community, and activate the brand. Collaborative Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, product, technology, performance marketing, and customer experience) to ensure brand consistency and integration across all initiatives. Analytics & Optimisation: Use data to measure the success of campaigns, identify opportunities, and continuously refine our approach to maximise impact. Customer Insights: Stay close to our customers, leveraging insights to inform storytelling, product positioning, and overall brand strategy. About You Experience: 5+ years in brand marketing or a similar role, ideally in a high growth D2C/FMCG environment. Strategic & Hands-On: Equally comfortable developing high-level strategy and executing day-to-day tasks as needed. Creative Leader: You can craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and align with our brand values, thinking laterally to achieve cut through with limited budgets. Digital First: Proficient in social media, email marketing, and content management systems. Experience with organic growth strategies is a plus. Data-Driven: Confident using data analytics to inform decisions and measure success. Collaborative & Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is always looking for opportunities to add value. Passionate About Sustainability: An alignment with our mission and values is essential. Benefits: Competitive salary and equity package. 33 days holiday inclusive of public holidays. Flexible working hours and remote working practices. Internal coaching & mentoring program. Range of learning and development opportunities. 35% team discount on all Bower products.
